MICA CHIPS PRODUCTION PLANT IN FALTA
In order to assure consistent supply of high quality Mica to Mica Paper producers HitechMica developed a patented process of producing Mica Chips and set up a mechanized plant at Falta Special Economic Zone near Kolkata Port. In a short period of few years major business of all major Mica Paper/Board producers of Europe and US shifted to HitechMica. With high standards and consistency of material produced from this plant HitechMica is now supplying practically the entire Mica requirements of the world’s largest Mica Paper producers Vonroll Group, Isovolta Group and Elinar-Cogebi Group. HitechMica holds patent for Mica Chips.
QUALITY CONTROL
The company has a rigid quality control wing to control and supervise the quality in accordance with the customer’s technical conditions and approved samples. All export consignments undergo pre shipment inspection at our Falta unit prior to shipment.
PROCESSING FACILITIES
HitechMica has two processing units at Giridih and FSEZ, besides electronics division at Giridih for the manufacture of Fabricated Mica, Silvered Mica and Mica Capacitors. The company has skilled workers and supervisors in all its units. The company has in house tool room with all necessary machines to produce dies and tools for fabrication of Mica.
